Manufacturer warranties run up to 50 years on GAF Master Elite and CertainTeed ShingleMaster systems. On top of that we include our own workmanship warranty (typically 10 years on residential replacements, 5 on repairs). All warranties are transferable to the next homeowner.

What happens if it rains during the project?
Every roof we tear off gets dried-in the same day with a fully waterproof underlayment before our crews leave the site. If a sudden Miami storm rolls in, the home stays watertight. We track NOAA forecasts daily and reschedule when needed.
