Each party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in each case located in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin.
ANY CLAIM BY YOU MUST BE RAISED WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE OR IT IS WAIVED AND VOID.
